Athan

Is a bloomy-rind, one of Mazaraat’s signature cheese. Has a beautiful creamy with subtle earthy flavor and delicious runny inner part when well matured. Athan is made by replicating  traditional method of Brillat Savarin in smaller round shape.

Storage: Refrigerate at 0 – 4 C. Self-life under these conditions is up to 3 months from the date of production.

Ingredients: Fresh Milk, Sea Salt,  Rennet, Lactic Acid Culture, Penicillium Candidum
