Is an American semi – hard Cheddar style with a mild and elastic soft. Our Colby recipe creates cheese with the same mild flavor and creamy melty texture as the traditional one. This cheese is a great all – rounder.

Storage: Refrigerate at 0 – 4 C. Self-life under these conditions is up to 12 months from the date of production.

Ingredients: Fresh Milk, Sea Salt, Anato, Rennet, Lactic Acid Culture
